Is there a physical office location?
Yes, we are located at 706 Denver Street, Wichita Falls, Texas 76301.

 

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm, and we are CLOSED all day Friday – with the exception for the beginning of the month for rent payments.

 

Can I mail my rent payment in?
Yes, please mail it to P.O. Box 3721, Wichita Falls, Texas 76301

 

What do I do if I have a maintenance emergency?
Please call and leave a voicemail at (940) 264-7045. Put a service request in via your Resident Portal at residentcenter.com or at pmswf.com. You can also email us at h2operating@yahoo.com.

 

How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due at the 1st of each month. Cash, checks, money orders, and online payments are accepted. You can pay in person at our office location, 706 Denver Street, or via a locked drop box located on the front door of the office, if we are closed. Rent payments are also accepted online at pmswf.com. You can set up auto-pay using your bank account number and routing number or by credit card.

Is there a phone app to pay my rent on and/or put in maintenance request?
Yes, there is! Search "Resident Center" in the app store on your cellphone, or follow the links below.

Who do I make my checks and/or money orders payable to?
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS or PMS

 

Do you allow pets, if so what is the policy and/or fee?
Yes, we do allow pets! It is $250 per pet. $350 for 2 pets. No more than 3 pets allowed.

 

What if I cannot pay my rent on time?
Even though rent is due at the 1st of the month, we understand that unexpected events occur. Please contact us at (940) 264-7045 or h2operating@yahoo.com as soon as you know your rent might be late. Our late fee policy is as follows: $50 fee after 5 days late, $20 fee per day after more than 5 days.
